Fresh/Frozen Sausage
All our sausages are made in-house with original, unique recipes created by our Master Butcher. Just the right amounts of spices, meats are found in all our sausages – recipes proven over and over for decades. Try any variety and you’ll agree – Arctic Meats & Sausages makes the best.
Hausmacher Specialties
The German word “Hausmacher” translates to “House Made” – this describes a selection of unique sausages that you absolutely will not find anywhere except Arctic Meat & Sausage. Our European trained Master Butcher created these amazing specialty receipes – and now you’re invited to enjoy them all!
Cold Cuts
All house made using premium ingredients. We have created a wide selection of our own cold cuts including Pizza Pepperoni and Salami, Lyoner, Ham Sausage and many more. Chances are if you’ve had a pizza at a great pizza restaurant you’ve already tried our Pepperoni and Salami!
Deli Beef
Deli Beef products from Arctic Meats & Sausage are made with time and care in our own ovens and smokers. Montreal Smoked Meat? We have it. Pastrami? Yes, that and many other delicious Beef Deli items.
Deli Poultry
Poultry products at Arctic Meats & Sausage are crafted with locally sourced chicken and turkey and prepared in-house. Only breast meat is used in our Deli Poultry meats. For something new and tasty, try our smoked poultry items!

Our snack items are unique and irresistable. From the classic Beef Jerky to perfectly spiced Pepperoni and Smoked Beef Nuggets, there’s something for every snacker!
Dry Cured Meats & Salami
Excellent dry cured meats are created by quality ingredients, the right spice blends (our own, of course) and the right time and temperature to ensure a perfect cure. Our Master Butcher has decades of experience and has perfected the process. One taste and we think you’ll agree (and want more!).
Cooked & Smoked
This category is varied, starting with our own Black Forest Ham and Honey Ham then expanding to include specialties like Kassler Kamm, Smoked Pork Tenderloin, Ribs and Hocks. It’s all proudly made in-house from the finest ingredients.
European Specialty Sausages
You may have had supermarket garlic sausage; once you try our in-house made artisan Links and Rings you’ll never go back. We do create the traditional European Wieners, Ukrainian and Lyoner Rings – but also carefully craft Debreziner, Krakowska, and so many more. Only top quality meats and spices go into these in-house made specialties.
BBQ Favourites
Get the grill fired up! Try our house-made Bavarian Smokies, Cheese Smokies, Polish BBQ Sausages and our own Octoberfest Bratwurst. Oh, there’s our own Hot Dogs too!
Fresh Pork
Locally sourced and prepared by our Master Butcher, the fresh pork at Arctic Meat & Sausage is always cut to perfect portions and trimmed for maximum taste and flavour. You’ll find amazing, meaty ribs and butt steaks (available with our in-house marinade too) along with chops, roasts and even smoked tenderloins that are a must try!
Fresh Chicken
Fresh, plump expertly prepared chicken – ready to be the centerpiece of your next lunch or dinner. We carry meaty chicken wings (BBQ and Italian Herb too!), drumsticks, thighs and of course delicious fryers and chicken breasts. You’ll notice the quality trimming of all the cuts!
